I created a brand new internal tool to manage our growing portfolio of solar projects — from scoping work, stakeholder research, diagramming workflows, designing wireframes, presenting design iterations, and guiding final implementation and launch.
The team consisted of a lead designer (me), a product manager, a team of engineers, and Operations team leads.
